Patch finally arrived albeit later than the turnaround stated on the website. 1-3 days but didn't arrive until a week or so later. Apart from that, the patch is great and was well packaged, and ultimately looks great on my rucksack.

Great to be able to get a one-off custom patch at such a great price. Ordering a custom patch is really easy, you get to see how it'll look before completing the order. The patch was made very quickly and posted, I received it, along with two other patches just three days after placing the order.
