United States and Canada
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
International delivery — clothing
International delivery options for clothing are calculated at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see what is available for your country, with prices and estimated delivery times. Some destinations have no option for these products.
Military rations are UK delivery only. They cannot be sent outside the United Kingdom, and an order that contains a ration pack cannot be delivered to an overseas address. Please order rations separately from an overseas order for patches or stickers.
Duties and import taxes
USA and Canada: applicable duties and import taxes are included or calculated at checkout, with the total shown before you pay.
Other destinations: duties and import taxes are not automatically collected at checkout. We normally absorb import charges that we prepay on Royal Mail shipments. Charges that have not been prepaid may be requested by your local customs authority or delivery provider. Please contact us if you have a question about an import-charge request.
Orders with more than one range
Orders containing products from different ranges may have delivery charges combined at checkout. Your available delivery options and total delivery charge are shown before you pay.
If your order has not arrived
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check your tracking information if you selected a tracked service, then contact us with your order number so we can help.
